Framiva Privacy Policy

Data stays on your iPhone

Framiva has no account, advertisements, analytics SDKs, tracking, or developer-operated server. The app does not collect or upload your photographs, audio, motion readings, or app usage. There are no third-party runtime SDKs.

Camera and Photos

Camera access provides the viewfinder and still photographs. Photos permission only adds photographs to your library; Framiva does not read your existing library. Captured files can contain camera and exposure metadata. Framiva does not request location access or add GPS coordinates.

Microphone and motion

Microphone access is optional and requested only when you enable the sound meter. Audio samples are processed in memory, are not saved or uploaded, and are cleared when metering stops. Motion readings support the level and shot guidance and stay on your device.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Guide preferences and shooting setups stay in local app storage. Up to five recent capture files are cached for sharing and may be removed by iOS. An unsaved photo is not guaranteed to survive closing the app. Deleting Framiva removes its local settings and cached files. Photographs already saved to Photos remain there until you delete them in Photos, including Recently Deleted. Photos and device backups follow your Apple settings.

Your choices and sharing

You can change camera, Photos, microphone, and motion permissions in iPhone Settings. You can turn off microphone metering and shot guidance inside Framiva. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet and only sends a photo to the destination you choose; that destination's privacy practices apply. Framiva does not automatically share data with third parties.

Support and website hosting

Opening this website or contacting support is optional. This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may process connection information under GitHub's privacy statement. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, or cookies to this website.

Information you choose to send to support, such as your email address and problem description, is used to respond to your request. Correspondence is kept only as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, unless retention is required by law. Contact dayyanwani765@gmail.com to ask privacy questions or request deletion of support correspondence. Please do not send private photographs.

Policy changes

Changes will be reflected in this policy and in the policy accessible from Framiva's Settings. The effective date appears above.
